Our primary goals are to make sure our neighborhood remains safe and clean, and to provide excellent maintenance on the homes. We have zero tolerance for illegal drugs, drama, or troublemakers. Neighbors are friendly and respectful of one another.

When you come to see us you will find:

Friendly knowledgeable staff                        Great maintenance on homes

Easy application process                              Welcoming neighbors

Well kept grounds                                          Clean and updated interiors

Drug Free Community                                   Neighborhood Watch

On-Site mini-storage facilities                      Safe streets and Quiet Nights

We believe that the way to build a good community with good people is to take care of them.  That means timely repairs, safe environment, well-maintained grounds, fair pricing, and open communications.  We have an excellent relationship with the Chamber of Commerce, police and fire departments, churches, social service agencies, city hall, merchants, and the good people  of Hardinsburg.

A Simple Life

The Amish call it "Plain and simple."  We call it the Maplewood way.  Our community of Hardinsburg is in the country, yet we still have the county hospital, churches, a new library, Walmart, and great schools.

Do you like to see the stars at night?  Stroll down the road and talk to your neighbors?  Share recipes and gardening tips with friends?  Drive down country roads and take in the gorgeous scenery?  You can find it all here.

Boating, fishing, hunting, swimming, and golfing are all near by.  Or maybe you prefer to look for bargains at consignment stores or roadside stands.  It's all in our back yard!

There are activities for the kids too, from swimming at the community pool, to school sports.

The Fighting Tigers are the pride of Breckinridge County. In addition to the acclaimed high school, an excellent middle school and elementary school are also very close to Maplewood.

Our new library is just a short two-block walk.  The tower over the kids room is designed like a corn silo.

Kids of all ages enjoy the lake at Rough River State Park during the summer.

Families appreciate the safe atmosphere, as tneir kids quickly make friends.
